MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up, that’s life! So, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

If less than 24 hours advanced notice is given, you will be charged for the service booked that day and will have the opportunity to come back in for the same service, within 2 weeks.

Clients with Vouchers
We reserve the right to forfeit your voucher in the event you cancel your appointment in under 24 hours or are a no show.
